• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

• The video must show:

• The full unboxing process
• The damaged/defective part clearly
• Without an unboxing video, no exchange will be approved.

• Our team will review your request.
• Once approved, we will send you a replacement item.
• If the same item is unavailable, you may choose a store credit of equal value.

Shipping Costs

• Return shipping for damaged or defective items is free.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reason.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items not reported as damaged within 24hrs 
• Items returned without approval.
• Items that are not damaged or defective.

Shipping Time: Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours. Orders once dispatched, will be delivered in 3-7 business days. If there is any delay in the order, please contact us.

Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping on all orders over Rs. 500. & We charge Rs. 70 extra for orders under Rs. 500. Please note that we do not offer free shipping on international orders.
